Ургамлын тос руу зөгийн бал, гич хоёрыг хийж сайтар хутгаад, дараа нь кетчуп, давс, элсэн чихэр зэргээ нэмнэ.

Тал нимбэгний шүүсийг сэрээгээр шахаж нэмнэ.

Гахайн махаа дээр бэлтгэсэн соусаараа сайтар шавшиж бүрээд 1-3 цаг байлгаж амтлана.

200градус халсан духовканд хийж 50 минут орчим шарна. Шарах явцдаа үе үе өөрөөс нь гарсан тосыг халбагаар авч дээрээс нь хийж байвал зөөлөн, шүүслэг болно.
